Imagine a bluegrass band playing in a Dixieland club in New Orleans. THE BORDERERS were influenced by BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's approach on the Seeger Sessions, so most of their new album A Time For Change was recorded live in the studio engineer's living room. Alex and Jim also brought in band THE ROUGH DIAMONDS to catch the energy and mistakes that come with a live recording.

With a musical background that ranges from listening to JIM REEVES, HANK LOCKLIN and PATSY CLINE (Jim) and Western Swing (Alex), it really was inevitable that the BordererS would someday write a country album.

The new single No! We're Not Going Home is also a massive linedance hit - leading U.S. choreographer Bill Bader has written a dance that is resonating around the world. It's the album to put on at a party!
