2007 was a HUGE year for Dubbo based singer/songwriter SHARON LANE, bursting onto the Australian country music scene, winning a prestigious Deadly Award for Most Promising New Talent, and releasing her first single Hello, from her debut album Second Chance, produced by HERM KOVAC.
The album is a revelation – great songs including a number of self-penned pieces, and superb vocals from the talented Sharon. Second Chance was officially launched at the Woodford Folk Festival in December, and scored a finals nomination at the 2008 TIARA Awards for Vocal Collaboration with RANDALL WALLER.
Sharon is back with her second radio single, I Don’t Want To Fall To Pieces. Her powerful but understated vocals caress this beautiful country ballad which talks about how hard is to walk away from love and its torment.
