Things have certainly jumped up a gear in 2009 for Blackwater (QLD) singer songwriter BEC HANCE. Her career has been on a definite upward curve following the release of her 2007 album Girls Like Me and plenty of talent quest triumphs.
This January had plenty of highlights. Bec was a Grand Finalist in Toyota Star Maker and the Bush Balladeer Star Quest during the Tamworth Festival, and also graduated from the CMAA Australian College of Country Music.
And February looks even bigger with the release of her debut radio single I'll Cry from her new album The Tranquillity. Produced again by Chris Wilson, the new album features 7 of Bec's original songs, and the first single is an excellent entree to this very talented young lady.
